  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the vegetables: onion, carrots, and celery into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic in olive oil for about 5 minutes until fragrant.
