  • 1 medium yellow onion (diced)

Instructions

  1. Rinse wild rice under cold water until clear.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add chopped pecans and toast until fragrant.
  3. Stir in rinsed wild rice and pour in vegetable broth with a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
