  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up a breading station with one bowl of beaten eggs, one bowl of breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, and a third for clean hands.
