  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrots, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Mix until well combined.
  2. Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface and add about two tablespoons of filling at the center. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up. Repeat for all wrappers.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Lightly spray each rolled spring roll with cooking oil spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with sweet chili or soy sauce.
