  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form golf-ball-sized balls from the mixture.

  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Flip halfway through cooking for even browning.
