  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour mixed with salt and pepper, another with whisked eggs, and the last with breadcrumbs combined with garlic and onion powders.
  3. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  5. Fry the nuggets in batches for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  6. Drain on paper towels or a wire rack before serving.
