  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in cocoa powder and flour until just combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, followed by sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the brownie mixture into the prepared pan. Spread cheesecake filling on top, then dollop remaining brownie batter over it. Swirl gently with a knife.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set around the edges but slightly soft in the center. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
