  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until creamy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in brewed coffee until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine cocoa powder with about one cup of cheesecake batter.
  5. Alternate spooning plain batter and cocoa mixture into each muffin liner; swirl gently with a toothpick.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set around edges but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before refrigerating.
