Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a half-sheet pan.

  3. In another bowl, mix vegetable oil, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients and stir gently.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. For the frosting, melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Stir in cocoa powder followed by powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
