  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth in a large bowl. Gradually mix in brown sugar until creamy.
  3. Add sour cream and vanilla extract; blend until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in chopped pecans and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour filling over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes, until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Allow to cool for an hour at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
