  • 2 cups cooked jasmine or sticky rice

  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 3 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp ginger (minced)
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Instructions

  1. Prep all ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Slice steak against the grain into thin strips.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with 1 tbsp of oil. Sear the steak strips until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add bell peppers and zucchini to the skillet, stir-frying until slightly softened, around 3-5 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice then pour over the steak and veggies; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
  5. Serve over fluffy rice and garnish with green onions.
