Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 oz firm tofu
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  4. In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
  5. Once all tofu is fried, pour the sauce over the crispy tofu in the pan and gently toss to coat evenly.
