  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu between two plates for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  2. While pressing, chop the red bell pepper and rinse the spinach.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce and lime juice. Cut pressed tofu into cubes and marinate them in the mixture for 10 minutes.
