  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Korean gochujang sauce
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (fresh)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, green onions, garlic, panko breadcrumbs, gochujang sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature should reach about 160°F/70°C).
  5. While baking, prepare the spicy mayo dip by combining mayonnaise, honey, lime juice, sesame oil, and additional gochujang in a bowl until smooth.
