  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar (25g)
  • 2 tsp salt (12g)
  • ¼ cup melted butter (56g)
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  5. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf; place in a greased loaf pan. Cover again and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
