  • 2 cups thinly sliced Granny Smith apples (about 2 medium apples)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, remaining sugar, eggs (one at a time), and vanilla extract; mix until creamy.
  4. Gently fold in sliced apples. Pour the mixture over the crust evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool at room temperature.
