  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp instant espresso powder
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter with cocoa powder, flour, granulated sugar, and espresso powder until combined.
  3. Add eggs and whisk until smooth. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan.
  4. In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until creamy; spread over brownie base.
  5. Spoon remaining batter on top and swirl gently for a marbled effect.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Allow cooling before slicing.
