Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round baking pan.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and arrange the remaining pear slices on top.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and springy to touch. Allow to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
