  • 2 tbsp brewed coffee

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, instant coffee granules, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat melted butter and granulated sugar until fluffy; then add eggs one at a time along with vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in dry ingredients until no streaks remain.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick – it should come out slightly sticky.
  6. Allow brownies to cool before frosting with a mixture of softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and brewed coffee.
