  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss the sliced apples with sugar and cinnamon until well-coated.
  3. Roll out the pie crust on a floured surface and cut it into circles about 3 inches in diameter.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture onto each circle, being careful not to overfill.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and press edges with a fork to seal. Brush with an egg wash made from beaten egg and milk.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
