Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the fresh berries, slicing larger ones if necessary.

  3. Whip another cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Whisk egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until pale and creamy.
  5. Strain the infused cream into the egg mixture while stirring continuously.
  6. Gently fold in prepared berries followed by the whipped cream.
  7. Pour into a lined loaf pan and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
