Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (cold)

  4. Press two-thirds of this mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish to form the crust.
  5. Pour the berry mixture evenly over the crust.
  6. Combine the remaining crumb mixture with brown sugar and sprinkle it over the berries.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool before slicing into squares.
