  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and place in an oven-safe skillet.
  2. Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes until cooked through (juices should run clear).
  3. While chicken cooks, fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; drain on paper towels.
  4. Remove chicken from oven and generously top each breast with ranch dressing.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar over ranch-topped chicken and return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
