  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the drained tuna with mayonnaise until creamy. Stir in celery, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place the unbuttered side up and generously spoon the tuna mixture on top.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place sandwiches butter-side down. Press gently with a spatula.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and sprinkle cheese on half of each sandwich before folding them over.
  5. Grill for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and both sides are crispy.
