Chicken Alfredo Bake is the ultimate comfort food, perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings. This creamy, cheesy dish combines tender chicken and pasta enveloped in a rich Alfredo sauce, topped with golden melted mozzarella.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 12 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli florets (optional)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  3. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and half of the mozzarella cheese; stir until melted.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli (if using), and Alfredo sauce; mix well.
  6. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake for about 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
