  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook seasoned chicken breasts in olive oil until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Cool and shred.
  3. Combine shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
  4. Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss with garlic powder, herbs, and olive oil until coated.
  5. Layer half of the biscuit pieces in the bundt pan, followed by half of the chicken mixture and half of the remaining cheese. Repeat layers.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before flipping onto a platter.
