  • 8 oz sliced ham (thinly sliced)
  • 9 lasagna noodles (no-boil)
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil mix)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced chicken until no longer pink (about 5-7 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup and milk until smooth; stir in dried Italian herbs.
  4. Spread some sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Layer with lasagna noodles, half of the chicken, ham slices, Swiss cheese, and sauce. Repeat layers.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
