Instructions

  1. Warm the milk until lukewarm and mix with yeast; let it froth.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, eggs, melted butter, and salt. Combine with yeast mixture and knead until smooth (8-10 minutes).
  3. Let dough rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  4. Roll out dough to a rectangle (1/4 inch thick), spread butter evenly, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, then roll into a log.
  5. Slice the log into 12 equal pieces and arrange into a wreath shape on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Allow to rise again while preheating oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. For glaze, mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla; add milk until desired consistency is reached.
