Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, and melted butter until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, combine 0.25 cup sugar with 1 tsp cinnamon for the swirl.
  6. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top, add remaining batter, and then top with remaining cinnamon-sugar.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow cooling on a rack before slicing.
