Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Alternate adding the dry mixture and milk into the butter mixture until just combined; gently fold in confetti sprinkles.
  6. Fill cupcake liners about two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
