Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking sheets.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Add melted butter, milk, and eggs to the yeast mixture. Combine until a soft dough forms.

  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm spot until doubled in size (about one hour).
  6. Roll out the dough into a large circle (1/4 inch thick) and cut into wedges.
  7. Roll each wedge from the wide end toward the tip and place on prepared baking sheets.
  8. Brush with melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
