  • 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Espresso or Strong Coffee (cooled)
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder (for dusting)
  • 12 Savoiardi (Ladyfingers)

Instructions

  1. Brew espresso or strong coffee and allow it to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
  5. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee and layer them alternately with the mousse mixture in serving dishes.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Just before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
