  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray or line it with parchment paper. Place marinated chicken in the dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. For extra caramelization, broil for an additional few minutes.
