  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Combine warm milk and melted butter in a separate bowl; add to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Mix chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs in a bowl to prepare the filling.
  6. Punch down the risen dough and roll it into a rectangle (¼ inch thick).
  7. Evenly sprinkle the filling over the dough, roll it tightly into a log shape, and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and arrange rolls in a greased baking dish with space between each.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown; let cool slightly before serving.
