Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  2. Place pork chops in a resealable bag or dish, pour marinade over them, seal tightly, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight).
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F / 190°C). Let marinated chops come to room temperature.
  4. Grill pork chops for 6-7 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Optionally brush with extra marinade in the last few minutes of grilling.
