  • 2 medium carrots, sliced thinly
  • 500ml low-sodium beef stock
  • 200g grated cheddar cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds. Finely chop the onion and slice the carrots.
