Instructions

  3. Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until combined.
  4. Add sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla; blend well.
  5. Incorporate eggs one at a time without overmixing.
  6. Pour filling into cooled crust; bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly. Cool in the oven with the door ajar.
