  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with maple syrup and BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
