Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
  4. Spoon one tablespoon of churro crust into each muffin cup; press down firmly.
  5. Add two teaspoons of cheesecake filling on top of the crust.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon.
