Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, toss sliced nectarines with granulated sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Press half the crumble mixture into the prepared pan. Layer with nectarines, then top with the remaining crumble.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
