Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough into triangles on a clean surface.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of the pecan mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll from wide to narrow, tucking in the sides.
