  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup brown sugar (packed)

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Combine with melted butter and brown sugar until it resembles wet sand, then press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and chocolate chips until smooth. Pour over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set in the middle. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
