Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl; mix well.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. Toss apple slices with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice in another bowl.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth in a separate bowl. Gradually add vanilla extract and heavy cream until fluffy.
  5. Layer half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, followed by the spiced apple filling. Top with the remaining cheesecake mixture.
