  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz refrigerated biscuits (cut into quarters)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbly.
  3. While the sausage cooks, cut biscuits into quarters.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until frothy.
  5. Stir in half of the cheese and green onions into the egg mixture.
  6. Layer half of the biscuit pieces in the baking dish, top with cooked sausage, then pour half of the egg mixture over it. Repeat layers finishing with remaining egg mix.
  7. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
