  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  3. Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt; mix until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Spread half of the cookie dough into the prepared pan. Top with mini marshmallows and sprinkle additional chocolate chips before dolloping on the remaining dough.
