  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cream of tartar, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract; mix until fully combined.
  5. Gradually fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and extra sugar. Roll dough into balls and coat in the cinnamon-sugar mixture before placing on prepared baking sheets.
