  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  3. Add marinara sauce to the beef; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, beat eggs and mix in cooked spaghetti and 1 cup mozzarella. Combine well.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Layer half of the spaghetti mixture in a greased baking dish, followed by half of the meat sauce. Repeat layers.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
