  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1 can (14 oz) canned artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over the pastry. Roll tightly into a log shape and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  5. Place the swirls on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
