  • 2 tbsp honey
  • For the Sauce: 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together ground chicken, ginger, garlic, green onions, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey until just combined.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by whisking together soy sauce, honey, cornstarch slurry, and sesame oil in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
  6. Toss cooked meatballs in the glaze before serving and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
