  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions

  2. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping gently. Spread over the cooled crust and refrigerate.
  4. Dissolve strawberry Jello in boiling water, then add cold water and stir in sliced strawberries. Pour over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set (about 4 hours).
